Taka King offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, but some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• After eligibility for the bonus is confirmed, a specified wagering multiplier must be met.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once will result in the bonus being cancelled and a note being added to the account.
• Some bonuses are only valid on specific games or betting markets.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically removed.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through unusual betting patterns will be considered bonus abuse.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Taka King:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Cash out on live betting applies separately where available.
• Taka King reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error caused abnormally low or high odds to be displayed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though exceptions may apply under specific conditions.
• Any bet found to be linked to match fixing or other misconduct will be voided.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Taka King:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Accessing another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.

Taka King may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• When suspicious transactions are identified on an account, for the duration of the investigation.
• When a user requests self-exclusion or account closure.
• After extended inactivity (generally 12 months).

Users can also contact support at any time to request account closure. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

Taka King is not liable for the following:

• If a bet or game is missed due to an internet disconnection.
• If a user suffers loss due to a technical issue with their own device or browser.
• If a payment is delayed due to a third-party (mobile banking) service outage or error.
• For any issues arising from opening an account with inaccurate information.

In any dispute, the decision of Taka King's authority shall be considered final. Legal disputes will be handled through an arbitration process.
